Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain how you can use aymetrics.com ("aymetrics", "we", "us", or "our") products. That includes our SaaS platforms, tools like GetMee, and other software we build and operate for you. Our goal is to keep things simple and fair while protecting all users of our services.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms cover your use of aymetrics products and services (the "Services"), such as our SaaS subscriptions, mobile apps like GetMee, and web tools we provide. In some cases you might also agree to extra terms inside an app or during checkout; those will sit alongside this page.

2. Using your account

When you create an account for any aymetrics product, please use accurate details and don't share your password publicly. If you ever think someone else is using your account, you can update your details or reach out so we can look into it.

3. Use of the Services

We expect you to use aymetrics products in a reasonable way, for lawful purposes, and with respect for other users. This means you agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical or usage limits;
  • use the Services to transmit harmful code, spam, or illegal content;
  • use the Services in a way that interferes with or degrades our infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and trials

Access to certain Services, including SaaS products such as GetMee, may be provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and any free trial terms are described in the relevant order, in-app purchase flow, or commercial agreement. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

5. Intellectual property

aymetrics and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including software, documentation, branding, and content, except for content that you or other users provide. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms or another written agreement between you and aymetrics.

6. Customer and user content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit or upload to the Services. You grant aymetrics a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third‑party services

The Services may integrate with third‑party platforms (for example, payment providers, app stores, or analytics tools). Your use of any third‑party service is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policies. aymetrics is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of such third‑party services.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aymetrics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Services will be limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.

10. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update or modify the Services from time to time, for example to improve performance, enhance security, or add new features. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "last updated" date or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

The governing law and dispute resolution mechanism applicable to your use of the Services will be the one specified in your commercial agreement or, if none is specified, the law and courts of the jurisdiction where aymetrics is established, subject to any mandatory protections provided by local consumer law.
